This policy explains how and when we ship your Truvya order.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery across India typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹699. A nominal delivery charge applies to smaller orders and to the free 25ml sample kit, and is shown clearly at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. Prepaid (online) orders may qualify for additional discounts shown at checkout.
5. Delays
While we work to deliver on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier or weather conditions beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help track it.
