At Truvya we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains order cancellations, returns and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at deeshusharawat1999@gmail.com or +91 70601 93599 with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may follow the return process below.
2. Returns & Replacements
As a hygiene and personal-care product, opened hair-oil bottles cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, leaking, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement.
3. Refunds
Where a refund is approved (e.g., a damaged item that cannot be replaced, or a prepaid order cancelled before dispatch), it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI to the details you provide.
4. Free Sample
The free 25ml sample is provided free of charge; only the delivery fee applies and the delivery fee is non-refundable once the sample has shipped.
